One of the easiest healing modalities to learn is Reiki. It requires no specialist knowledge or talent and can be learned by anyone.
You will learn how to channel the healing Reiki energy for self-healing and for healing others. The recipient will always get stress-relief, relaxation and great sense of well-being from a Reiki session. As a bonus, you as the practitioner get a free session every time you channel it for someone else, too.
In some circumstances, if the person has given permission to heal at all levels, real miracles can occur.
Three things distinguish Reiki from other energy-healing arts:
- The teacher’s lineage can be traced back directly to the founder, Mikau Usui
- The ability to channel Reiki can only be acquired from a Reiki Master through the process of attunement
- You channel the energy from the universe and do not use your own energy for the session

Reiki Level I Practitioner Training (one day)
- Introduction to Reiki (history, what it is, Reiki principles, etc.)
- Four attunements to the Reiki energy
- Tuition on how to treat yourself and others
- How to perform stress relief, relaxation, first aid, energy restoration, scanning and energy healing
- An introduction to the energy body (chakra, meridians, aura) and its role in healing
- How to use crystals with Reiki
- How to purify your food and drink
- Practice – perform Reiki treatments on others, and receive treatments from them

- Reiki Level I Practitioner certificate
We keep class size small, usually only four students at a time, to ensure plenty of personal attention.
Reiki Level II Practitioner Training (two days)
- Review experiences with Reiki so far
- Attunement to the Level II symbols and energies
- Learn the Reiki power, distance and mental healing symbols
- Practice using the power symbol
- Distance healing – sending Reiki through time and space
- Mental healing – removing psychically-induced energy blocks
- Reiki pockets and Reiki showers
- Programming affirmations in the subconscious
- Using the symbols to cleanse and program crystals
- Using the symbols to make psychic connections
- Creative uses of Reiki
- Reiki Level II Practitioner certificate
Reiki II classes are typically run for 2-4 people at a time.
